Order Processing
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 72 hours once your order is on its way.

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

  • Flat rate shipping: $9.99 AUD
  • Free shipping on all orders over $65 AUD
  • Standard delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on location

International Shipping (Outside AU & NZ)

We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs for the USA, Europe, and other international destinations may vary and additional charges may apply.

Free shipping still applies on orders over $65 AUD, however remote or bulky deliveries may incur additional fees, which will be communicated if applicable.

Made-to-Order & Large Items (LED Products, Crash Pads, and Similar)

Some items are made to order and shipped via sea freight due to their size and weight.
These include:

  • LED sensory products
  • Large sensory equipment (such as crash pads)

Delivery timeframe for these items is approximately:
4 to 8 weeks depending on the nature of shipping method

Sea freight 6 - 8 weeks

Air freight 3 - 5 weeks

These products are clearly marked on their individual product pages.


Returns for Made-to-Order Items

Please note that made-to-order and large items have different return conditions due to the nature of their production and shipping.

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Faulty items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items

They are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
